Seeking Public Relations Director for 2015

CONFERENCERestore One is seeking a PR Director who would begin January 2015. Restore One is a Greenville, faith-based nonprofit and will open the nation’s first shelter for male sex trafficking victims. It is a volunteer position. An application must be filled out in order to be considered.

Ideally, the candidate will commit to at least a year with the organization. Those from journalism/PR backgrounds with previous communication-related internships or work experiences are encouraged to apply.The PR Director will head up the use of WordPress, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Hoostsuite. Being able to engage in media relations and create social media plans is also a part of the job description.Video production experience is a plus.

Restore One is highlighted by local race



We are excited to be the chosen non-profit this year by Run The East for the BunnyChase 5k. We hope that you join us on April 19th.
The event features a 5K run, 1M fun run/walk, plus a kids dash and egg hunt! All participants can join the post-race party and awards ceremony, with great prizes and refreshments. The 5K course incorporates Greenville’s scenic greenways and the 1M & Kids Dash are totally within Town Commmons. Proceeds go to a great cause- Restore One. Technical shirts included in the 5K, optional for the 1-mile.
RO will need volunteers to work the event. Volunteers will meet at the Town Commons Amphitheater at 6:30am on the day of the event.

5K to stop human trafficking happening Saturday in ENC

It’s a big week in eastern North Carolina for freedom fighters. First, is the Stand for One gala is on Thursday and on Saturday our friends at ENC Stop Human Trafficking Now are having a 5K!
